Requirements Minimum 2 years experience as Administrative Assistant of Office Position Excellent written communication skills, ability to articulate procedural communication to others Able to conduct calls using professional phone etiquette Professional and effective communicator Can effectively multi-task Must have reliable transportation Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel Respond to questions and requests for information Must be able to type a minimum of 30 wpm Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed Must follow through on all tasks from start to finish.
