Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Technician to join our team.
As a Lawn Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients' lawns and landscapes.
This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of lawn care techniques and the ability to operate various landscaping equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing - Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed to promote healthy lawn growth - Identify and address common lawn issues such as weeds, pests, and diseases - Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and mulching - Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety - Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required - Knowledge of mowing techniques, landscape maintenance, and hardscape construction is a plus - Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is beneficial - Ability to dig, build, and perform basic tree care tasks is desirable Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks - Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members We offer competitive pay based on experience.
