We are looking for a highly experienced and responsible Administrative/Customer Support person to join our team to perform a variety of administrative, customer service, and database maintenance tasks.
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong typing ability, exceptional computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and significant prior experience using and/or managing a customer service database.

Responsibilities Interface and communicate clearly with the CEO/CFO level personnel of our multi-million-dollar clients on a daily basis Answer and direct inbound phone calls Occasionally make outbound phone calls Organize and schedule appointments Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Data entry and maintenance of extensive database that tracks details related to our clients and customers.
Accuracy is essential Provide general support to staff, clients, and customers Skills Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant, and/or high-level customer service representative Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, in particular) Significant prior experience using and/or managing a customer service database is preferred Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, computers, printers, and fax machines Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail for accuracy and problem-solving skills necessary Excellent written and verbal communication skills and typing skills (40-50
wpm minimum) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Some college is beneficial; Substantial experience in Admin Asst and/or Secretarial positions may be substituted on a case-by-case basis.
HS diploma minimum requirement.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
